MOJO will gladly accept returns for any order from MOJO.COM within 10 calendar days of delivery and the return must be sent back to MOJO within 90 days of requesting the return label.
You have ten (10) days from the date you receive the glasses to call us for a return authorization (RA) number if you want to return them for any reason.
The item(s) must have been purchased directly from MOJO.COM and be unused and free of all damage. All original packaging must be intact (chamois, case and eyeglasses ).
Due to the highly customized nature of glasses, orders with glasses lenses are final sale and nonrefundable,We only provide return service for frames.
You can return them for a one-time-use 100% store credit (excluding shipping), or for a 50% refund (excluding shipping) to the credit or debit card or PayPal account.
Orders paid for with Store Credit can only be returned for a 50% refund of the Store Credit amount used to pay for the order. The refund will be issued to the credit card used on the preceding order for which store credit was issued. For orders where both Store Credit and a credit card are used to pay for the order, the Store Credit portion will only be eligible for a 50% refund while the portion paid for by credit card will be eligible for either 50% refund or issuance of a 100% Store Credit.
If you feel there is a manufacturing error, send an E-mail to us within the 10-day of delivery. If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, we will remake them for you at no additional charge.
RETURN SHIPPING: Kindly note you will be responsible for international return shipping. We suggest you choose a trackable shipping service as MOSCOT is not responsible for any theft or loss during transport.
If you need to return an item, follow the simple steps below:
Call, chat, or email us within ten (10) days of receiving the item to get your return authorization (RA) number.
These items must be included in package:
1.The eyeglasses, and any accessories, in the hard plastic case that contained the glasses.
2.A note with the RA# and a brief description of the issue that caused you to return the glasses.
3.A copy of the prescription that the eye dr. provided, so we can inspect the glasses and determine if they were made according to the prescription.
Returns should be sent to the address provided with your RA number. To receive a replacement order, glasses must be returned in their entirety (frames, lenses, eyeglass case, etc.)
You must pay the shipping fee to mail the glasses to us. If the glasses are found to have a manufacturing defect, we will refund $20 of your shipping fee.
If you sent them back for inspection.Once we receive it, we will inspect them and email you the inspection results。
If you sent them back for refund or store credit, we will email you when we have processed the refund or the credit.
Once we receive it, it can take 3 business days to review and approve.
Once your return has been processed, refund may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account(depending on your bank’s processing time),credit will take up to 1 business days to reflect in your account.
